Publix Apron’s Make-Ahead Meals offers a variety of packages to accommodate your family size. Choices include 6-, 8-, and 12-meal packages that serve 4-6 people per meal.
Plus you can add single meals—and we’re talking entrees, not portions—to expand your package to fit your family perfectly. It’s as easy as following these simple steps:
Come in for a couple of hours and go home with as many meals as you choose. It’s easy—first, schedule your session type and time, customize your menu, and then check out online.
Each month, we offer 14 delicious selections to choose from. In addition, many of our dishes have alternatives and suggested sides you may use to customize your order.
Friendly Publix Apron’s Make-Ahead Meals associates greet you in our kitchen and, after a brief orientation, provide you with an apron and your order checklist.
After you’ve washed your hands, you’ll travel from station to station to make recipes you previously chose as part of your package. You’ll simply scoop, pour, and add pre-cut ingredients for your meals into baking pans or zip-top bags. Employees of Publix need to access the publix org website
While you’re assembling your meals, you can enjoy chatting with friends or those at neighboring stations. We also hope you enjoy the cooking gadgets we’ve gathered to make meal assembly a breeze.

And when you’re done, we’ll help you pack your completed meals into your cooler—for food safety, you should bring one with you (or you can buy one of ours)—and carry them out to your car.
If you’re pressed for time, our associates can even put it all together for you. For a reasonable fee, you can select your menu and recipes online and have our staff assemble your meals for you.

To reserve a date and time for your party call or e-mail the store.
We will close the kitchen to the public and open it just for you and your friends. As the organizer of the party, we will provide you with a password to give each of your friends attending the session.
Do check the Publix gift card balance.
Your friends will need to register at least one week before your selected session date.*
*Private parties must consist of 8 to 14 guests, each purchasing and registering for a package of six meals or more.
If you do not have 8 or more friends registered at least one week before your session, we will open the remainder of the session to the public.
